Retired Chiefs defensive back Emmitt Thomas will be on the ballot next year for the Football Hall of Fame. The Seniors Committee selected him yesterday. He would be the sixth Chief to be inducted. Thomas is the team’s all-time leader as far as interceptions go, with 58. That makes him the ninth all-time in the NFL. Former Chicago Cardinals back, Marshall Goldberg, is also on the short list.
