Huard sits the bench

An injury to Damon Huard has forced the Chiefs to make a change at quarterback.  The switch to Brodie Croyle might even be permanent, or at least as permanent as these things go.  Huard got hurt when he was sacked by the Broncos Elvis Dumervil in the third quarter, moments after Denver took a 13-8 lead on a Selvin Young touchdown run.  The Chiefs never came back, and lost the game 27-11.  They’re now 4-and-5 on the season.
