It looks as though the Chiefs may be in for some major changes next season, but not in the front office, and not with the coaching staff. Team president Carl Peterson says he has no plans to step down. And he threw his support behind head coach Herm Edwards yesterday, saying that the coaches are the right people for their jobs. But Peterson says others will be evaluated during the off-season. For his part, Edwards says a bad season can happen to anybody, and the problems will be fixed. In fact, he promises that by the end of next season, the fans will no longer be thinking about this year.
