Chiefs Finalize Offensive Coaching Changes

The Chiefs’ new coaching staff is now set.  Yesterday the Chiefs announced they’d reached a deal with Eric Price, who worked with the Jets during Herm Edwards’ tenure in New York.  Price will work as an offensive coordinator.

Chiefs Nab Gailey as their New Offensive Coordinator

Chiefs head coach Herm Edwards announced on Wednesday that he has named Chan Gailey as the club’s offensive coordinator. Gailey, who served as head coach of the Dallas Cowboys (’98-99), has previously served as an NFL offensive coordinator for Denver (’89-90), Pittsburgh (’96-97) and Miami (2000-01).

Thomas Considered For 2008 Hall Of Fame

Legendary Chiefs linebacker Derrick Thomas could become one of the newest members of the Pro Football Hall of Fame.  Thomas is one of 17 finalists.  The winners will be announced February 2nd.  Thomas played 13 seasons with the Chiefs.
