You may remember that last Thursday, Chiefs president Carl Peterson said that because of the disappointing season, there’d be no hike in ticket prices this year. He said there might even be a reduction. By Friday, though, the team sent out a press release to clarify the statement, which Peterson made during the season wrap-up press conference. While announcing a “moderate increase” in ticket prices for what they call “prime seating locations”, the average overall ticket price will remain flat, and the cost of some five-thousand seats in the upper-level will be cut. In addition, the team promises that there’ll be no increase in the price of parking at Arrowhead.
