JOINS THE CHIEFS FOR THE 2008 NFL DRAFT

Join the Kansas City Chiefs at their annual Draft Day Party on Saturday, April 26, 2008 at the Chiefs practice facility located at the Truman Sports Complex. This is your chance to meet and greet current and former Chiefs players, with special appearances by the Chiefs Cheerleaders and KC Wolf. Last year thousands of fans watched as the Chiefs drafted offensive standout WR Dwayne Bowe with the 23rd overall selection.

Doors will open at noon with local Master of Ceremonies and “Voice of the Chiefs” Mitch Holthus providing commentary along with several other Chiefs players and personalities throughout the day.The draft broadcast begins at 2:00 p.m. live from New York, with the Chiefs scheduled to make the fifth selection.Guests will also be treated to an appearance by Herm Edwards prior to the draft.

Due to the shorter time frame of the Draft Party, we have reduced the price of the tickets and will not be serving a buffet meal.We will be offering food and drinks for purchase, featuring a Happy Hour from noon to 1 p.m.During the Happy Hour discounted Budweiser products will be featured as well as $2 hot dogs and $1 soft drinks.

Details: Chiefs player interviews on stage; Guest appearances and autographs from current and former Chiefs players, Cheerleaders and KC Wolf; Commentary from “Voice of the Chiefs” Mitch Holthus and several Chiefs players and personalities. Interactive games including the Ottawa University play by play challenge.
