Cheifs Sign KR B.J. Sams to a One-Year Deal

The Chiefs have always looked at special teams as a strong point, and today they looked to improve that department again as they came to terms with kick returner B.J. Sams.  The deal is for one-year for the now former Baltimore Raven.  Sams has returned 138 kickoffs for a 22.9-yard return average and he has returned 121 punts for a 10.9-yard average in his career.  The team has not had an explosive KR since the days of Dante Hall running back kicks and making life miserable for opposing teams.  Maybe now that can come back to form with Sams joining the team.
