Former Cowboys QB Joins Brigade

A former NFL player is teaming up with the Brigade.  Ex-Dallas Cowboys quarterback Quincy Carter agreed to a two-year contract with Kansas City.  Carter started in 31 games with the Cowboys between 2001 and 2003.
