Two teams that are desperate for wins will go at it Sunday in Tampa, as the 1-3 Bucs play host to the 1-4 Chiefs, a team that will have a different look under center Sunday.
The Chiefs will have Brady Quinn at QB Sunday, as usual starter Matt Cassel is on the bench after a concussion last week in a 9-6 loss to the Ravens at home.
Quinn will be making his first start in almost three years, the last of which when he was in Cleveland playing with the team that drafted him, the Browns.
