Taking a Glance at the Next Four Games for the AFC West Leading Chiefs

The Chiefs are off to one of their best starts in team history, and are looking to secure a first-round bye and possibly home field advantage in the AFC Playoffs come January.

The team has been firing on all cylinders all season, but there is still plenty of work to be done, as there is bound to be bumps in the road on the way to the playoffs for this young team.

Today we take a look at the next four games for the Chiefs, as sitting with a 7-1 mark, they are looking to continue what’s been a great season for Andy Reid and his group of players.

11/4 at Cleveland

It’s been an interesting week for Cleveland, who fired both coach Hue Jackson and OC Todd Haley on Monday. The Browns defense is leading the NFL in takeaways, this despite their offense with rookie Baker Mayfield and company having problems scoring points. The Chiefs are a heavy favorite, but can’t fall asleep on this young Browns team.

11/11 vs Arizona

The Chiefs return home after their matchup with the Browns, as they will host the Arizona Cardinals, a team they don’t see very often. Josh Rosen and the Cards got a big win over the 49’ers last week, but still have had their issues scoring points this season. Again the Chiefs will be heavy favorites, but just like the Browns they can’t overlook Arizona.

11/ 19 at Los Angeles Rams

The game the entire NFL is looking forward to, a Monday night game against the unbeaten Rams in Mexico City. Could this be a Super Bowl preview? It might be, but there’s a long way to go before you can start making reservations for the biggest game of the season in February. This will be a great test for the Chiefs and their defense against Jared Goff and company.

12/2 at Oakland

After a Thanksgiving bye week, the Chiefs travel to play the Raiders in Oakland for the final time before the team moves to Las Vegas. The Raiders have had an awful season with just one win, and clearly trading two of their best players shows they are playing for the future. Look for Oakland to play this game as their Super Bowl, and for it to be a tough test for the Chiefs.
